First launched in 2010 to celebrate the Steamed blog’s first blogaversary, Steampunkapalooza was the brainchild of Lolita Suzanne, and clearly a by-product of too little sleep, insanity, and stress. The idea of a few guests to help celebrate Steamed!’s first birthday turned into a month long party with amazing guests, great prizes, and mayhem a-plenty. We’d like to thank everyone who’s helped to make Steampunkapalooza 2011 a success, especially the folks at Pyr, Tor, Carina Press, Random House, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
